Our basic mission is to address food insecurity and homelessness in the Greater Bridgeport area. We pursue our goal by providing hot meals and housing support services to individuals in need. In addition to these primary provisions we also provide assistance with any immediate needs that may help to improve the living conditions of those in need who have maxed out other options with items such as clothing household goods and assistance with travel expenses related to job opportunities and relocating.

TO AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS TO THE CHILDREN OF STATE POLICE MEMBERS WHO ARE ENTERING THEIR FIRST YEAR OF COLLEGE.

The Organization exists for the purpose establishing and maintaining wage rates and other terms and conditions employment for its members through a collective bargaining agreement with Newtown Police in CT and upholding such agreement for its members through the grievance process.In addition, the Organization supports other organizations and the surrounding community through its donations and involvement in community activities.

Program Representation--All activity is geared to representing local law enforcement personnel in employee/employer relationships. There are 35 members in Local No. 913.

The organization will engage in ministry projects and travel to domestic and international disaster areas to provide direct relief as well as financial and logistical support to those in need and aid other domestic and international missionaries in the field. The organization will have a three-pronged focus in the following areas: 1 Direct domestic and international disaster relief both natural and man made 2 networking and recruitment of mission teams from the domestic Church to aid those in need and develop the next generation of missionaries. Many times there are willing parties to be sent into the field but they do not have the resources or connections to be deployed. The organization will aid in both financial and logistical support to deploy teams as needs arise and 3 Help in the strategic financial planning associated with missions within the domestic church.
